The Yellowstone National Park Photography Gallery contains pictures from my favorite place to photograph. Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872 and is America’s first National Park. It covers about 2.2 million acres across Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. The park is famed for its vast geothermal activity (including Old Faithful and the Grand Prismatic Spring), abundant wildlife (bison, elk, bears, wolves, and more), dramatic landscapes like Yellowstone Lake and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, extensive hiking and scenic drives, and significant geological and ecological importance as a supervolcano caldera.
